Founded by Dawn Moore, DRM Learning Solutions provides approachable, hands-on training designed to help people build the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate today’s digital world and everyday life.
From learning how to recognize online scams and protect personal information, to understanding artificial intelligence and Microsoft Copilot, to helping newcomers become more comfortable with life in Canada, our programs focus on skills people can actually use.
No unnecessary jargon. No intimidating technology. Just clear, patient instruction delivered in a welcoming environment.
“Education is a powerful tool to change the world.” — Nelson Mandela

DRM Learning Solutions believes that learning should remove barriers—not create new ones.
Every course is designed to make complex subjects easier to understand through clear explanations, real-world examples, hands-on learning, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Whether someone is learning how to use artificial intelligence for the first time, trying to protect themselves from online scams, or adjusting to everyday life in Canada, the goal is always the same:
Help people feel more capable, more confident, and more independent.
“The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision — Helen Keller

Dawn Moore is the founder of DRM Learning Solutions and a passionate advocate for practical, inclusive education.
As a Microsoft-Certified Educator and Learning & Development Advisor, Dawn specializes in helping people understand technology and modern digital tools without making the learning process complicated or intimidating.
Having immigrated form the Bahamas to Canada, Dawn understands firsthand the challenges newcomers can face when adapting to a new country. She uses that lived experience to help guide immigrants through everyday life in Canada with greater confidence, understanding, and a stronger sense of belonging.
Her teaching style is patient, supportive, and highly practical.
Dawn understands that many learners are not looking to become technology experts. They simply want to feel confident using the tools that have become part of everyday life.
